La Pastiera - our Easter cake

Yes, there is also a special cake dedicated to Easter (though, of course, you can also find colombe pastries here, but enriched with fresh citrus fruits from the garden ...): basically, the pastiera consists of three parts: an outer dough coating flavored with lemon, a wheat grain filling enriched with ricotta, vanilla, mixed dried fruit and a slight flavor of cinnamon, and finally a cream topping, and finally another layer of dough, white with confectioner's sugar.
